Office visit rates

MEDICATIONS: GLP1
These medications are offered and come directly from the manufacturer. Some are covered by insurance but you will need to call your insurance provider and see if they are a covered medication.
If not covered, out of pocket options are available.
New weight Management appointment 60 minuets $250
Weight Management 30 minuet follow up appointment $125
Adjustment to LapBand 30 minuet appointment $280

Starting in 2025 we will no longer be billing out to insurance for office visits. If needed we will provide a copy of the visit and payment so you can submit to insurance yourself for reimbursement.
